If you get into a mess and you are not needing immediate emergency care, from severe pains and constant vomiting which requires emergency care, then you may want to have on hand what I have on hand.

I have had food poisoning several time and quite severe at a couple. But knowing what to do right away stopped mine from going into an emergency situation.

I have on hand the following products.

  1. Charcoal capsules.
  2. Probiotics
  3. Anti-microbial products.

I use these in this fashion. Not recommending that you do this, just what I do. Which by the way has been so infrequent but I like to be prepared. Plus I use the same products for many other potential issues.

  1. On feeling like things are going in the wrong direction and it is for me sure that it is food poisoning, I take 4 charcoal caps immediately. This absorbs all the toxins from the bad microbes in the GI Tract.
  2. I will take them every half hour. If you do this quick enough it will stop you from having to vomit.
  3. Next after I have used the charcoal caps for a few times and I am feeling a little more stable, I add in the probiotics. I use a special formula that is powerful and works for many things. Called “Custom Probiotics 11-Strain”. I take one large scoop and put it in about two to three ounces of water and drink. I do this for every half hour until I have done 3 scoops.
  4. Then I follow up with the Anti-Microbial’s. The one I use is called Allimax Allicin. I will also add in the product called Mangosteen. These can be rotated or taken together. Depends on how big a problem is still occurring. Just use label directions for all of the products but you may want to double the amount used over the next few hours.
  5. If you are feeling better each half hour then great. If not after the first hour get some help if it is feeling worse.

This is not a recommendation or a prescription for dealing with your health care issue. In all cases a competent practitioner should be used. This is simple what I do and has worked for me every time.
