Holistic Care for our Furry Friends.

If you love your pet then it is important to treat them with the same care you give yourself. Holistically speaking this means, correct analysis of the state of their wellness/health. They will also need the proper foods and supplements for maintaining their wellness.

I have noticed that most pet owners “Holistically” inclined or not, have a tendency to still use the standard methods of dealing or not dealing with their pets health.

They put the flea collars on them and give them the treatments suggested by the Veterinarian, thinking that they are doing right by their pet.

Now I know there are some of you who do 100% Holistically/Naturally and would never do it other wise. You use Holistic Vets and you give them all of the safe products. Or do you?

Either camp you fit into, many of you will still be doing more harm than good for your pets.

Just like humans the body of an animal has specific needs and tolerances.

If you give your pet a great natural vitamin and the best natural flea repelants and the best Organic Natural Foods you are on the right track.

But what about the Bio-chemical specificity of their genetics?

If you guess your way into what your pet needs, just like humans, you will find that more often than not you will miss the key things that make your pets really well from what you do for them.

It all comes down to testing. You need to know if they have developed an allergy or sensitivity to the foods they are eating, the supplements your are giving them or the treatments they are getting are being dealt with correctly for their genetic types. Just like humans.

This can be done quickly and inexpensively and the benefits can be seen quickly in pets if they have just not been doing well.

If they seem to be well don’t take it for granted that what you are doing is right. Don’t wait until they are sick to deal with things.

Just like humans a couple of times per year you need to be checked to make sure you are doing as good as you can be and be pro-active in prevention of unwellness and disease. Its just smart!

I have many who have learned that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. And I hear from them and there pets once or twice a year.
