Before you read this it is very important to know about what can be wrong with Vegan or Vegetarian lifestyle’s. Many vegetarians have a problem with being able to handle Lectins, Phytic Acids, Oxalates, Nightshades and even Phenols.

How can you tell which of these food chemical are hurting you? Well the simple way is to stop eating the ones you can stop and see if in 4 weeks totally off of them you are doing over all better. Everyone has a story about these food chemicals. Some say they are no problems and the data on these is just hype.

By the way in my younger years my twenties and thirties I was a strict vegetarian for nearly 13 years. Biggest mistake of my life.  But I was very young in my learning curve at that time. Do it only if it is totally biochemically right for you. Some people mostly blood type A’s and AB’s can actually be a vegetarian etc. But even they can have problems. Due Diligence!!!!!!!!
